Create your civilisation:
Combine up to 60 historical cultures as you lead your people from the Ancient to the Modern Age. From humble origins as a Neolithic tribe, transition to the Ancient Era as the Babylonians, become the Classical era Mayans, the Medieval Umayyads, the Early Modern era British, and so on. Each culture will add its own special gameplay layer, leading to near-endless outcomes.

More than history, it's your story:
Face historical events, take impactful moral decisions, and make scientific breakthroughs. Discover the natural wonders of the world or build the most remarkable creations of humankind. Each game element is historically authentic. Combine them to build your own vision of the world.

Leave your mark on the world:
The journey matters more than destination. Fame is a new and unifying victory condition. Every great deed you accomplish, every moral choice you make, every battle won will build your fame and leave a lasting impact on the world. The player with the most fame will win the game. Will you be the one to leave the deepest mark on the world?

Master tactical battles on land, sea & air:
Each battle in HUMANKIND™ plays out like a mini turn-based board game on top of the actual world map. Unstack your armies and command each of your units, including the emblematic units of your culture and their special abilities. Construct siege weapons to besiege and occupy cities. Fight in large battles spanning multiple turns, and don’t hesitate to bring in reinforcements!

Customise your leader:
In HUMANKIND™, you’ll be playing the leader of your society as an avatar that you create and customize! Your avatar will evolve visually over the course of the game as your civilisation develops. You’ll also be able to level up your leader via a meta-progression system to unlock custom looks that you can showoff to strangers and friends alike in multiplayer matches up to 8 players.

Subject to customer submitting a DPD Lost in Transit claim via Konsole Kingz customer services and DPD validating such claim, Insured Delivery entitles customer to either;

a) a free of charge replacement console, and a partial refund of £50 to the original method of payment; or

b) a full refund of the price paid for the console ordered and the £19.99 delivery charge (payable to original method of payment), together with £50 compensation (payable at customer’s choice, either by BACS, Cheque or onto a Gift card).

How do I return?

• If you have an account with us please login and request a return or alternatively, if you are a guest please click here for the returns page.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging (unopened and unused)
• Please note hardware or accessories purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used);
• The product is in its original packaging and is sealed;
• If you are returning an Xbox Console or Controller the serial number must match the one on your proof of purchase;
• The product and/or digital content has not become mixed inseparably with other items after their purchase;
• The product is complete and contains all component parts as purchased. Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example a combined hardware, games and accessories bundle) can only be returned if all items in the combined product are returned together;
• The product is re-sellable;
• If returning hardware, all the components (cables, memory sticks, controllers, etc.) must be returned;
• The customer is the original purchaser of the product;
  
  In respect of Microsoft Digital Credit, when returning the item:
  
  
• You have a valid proof of purchase and the receipt displaying the code; and
  
• The code has not been redeemed via Xbox Live
• In our reasonable opinion, you have not behaved fraudulently nor are you engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Pokémon Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange once opened (including exchanges of any single card or the pack, tin or box as a whole).

Please note: Downloadable software products, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
