Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2 is the sequel to the terrifying VR experience that brought new life to the iconic horror franchise. As a brand new Fazbear employee you’ll have to prove you have what it takes to excel in all aspects of Pizzeria management and maintenance.

  • Take care of things behind the scenes in the Staff Only section of the Pizzeria. Deliver First Aid to patients who aren’t quite feeling themselves, and help animatronics perform routine diagnostics & maintenance.
  • Our Food Prep courses will help you get the federally mandated amount of value preparing food in the Pizzaplex. Experience all the joys of high-speed food service & get ready to feed some hungry bots!
  • Head over to the Ticket Booth to test out our E-ticket attractions, such as Captain Foxy’s Cowboy Adventure! On this lighthearted log ride, you’ll float through the old West as a gunslinger in search of booty!
  • And finally, if you’re short on dread, dive into the world of our Sister Location! These special minigames are VR versions of classic experiences from Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location. These fan-favorites brought to life promise to be as fun as they are terrifying!

Subject to customer submitting a DPD Lost in Transit claim via Konsole Kingz customer services and DPD validating such claim, Insured Delivery entitles customer to either;

a) a free of charge replacement console, and a partial refund of £50 to the original method of payment; or

b) a full refund of the price paid for the console ordered and the £19.99 delivery charge (payable to original method of payment), together with £50 compensation (payable at customer’s choice, either by BACS, Cheque or onto a Gift card).

How do I return?

  • If you have an account with us please login and request a return or alternatively, if you are a guest please click here for the returns page.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging (unopened and unused)
  • Please note hardware or accessories purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used);
  • The product is in its original packaging and is sealed;
  • If you are returning an Xbox Console or Controller the serial number must match the one on your proof of purchase;
  • The product and/or digital content has not become mixed inseparably with other items after their purchase;
  • The product is complete and contains all component parts as purchased. Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example a combined hardware, games and accessories bundle) can only be returned if all items in the combined product are returned together;
  • The product is re-sellable;
  • If returning hardware, all the components (cables, memory sticks, controllers, etc.) must be returned;
  • The customer is the original purchaser of the product;

    In respect of Microsoft Digital Credit, when returning the item:

  • You have a valid proof of purchase and the receipt displaying the code; and
  • The code has not been redeemed via Xbox Live
  • In our reasonable opinion, you have not behaved fraudulently nor are you engaging in any fraudulent activity.
  • Pokémon Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange once opened (including exchanges of any single card or the pack, tin or box as a whole).

Please note: Downloadable software products, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
