Raise, train, and form special bonds with majestic horses that are customizable members of your family. You can also care for mini sheep and mini goats, or make a living selling homemade Nectar. Carve out your own unique life on the ranch.
Get up early in the morning, look out at the big open countryside, and know that all your work is worth it. Spend your days keeping your animals happy and clean, harvesting Prairie Grass to feed them, collecting Horse Manure to fertilize your plants, and making your own Nectar to sell. Do it all on a ranch you design, whether that means a traditional cabin or a big red barn.
BOND WITH ANIMALS
Fill your ranch with animal friends and carve out a life together. Your horses – including adorable foals – are part of your household and have lots of special interactions with both Sims and other horses. You can also care for mini goats and mini sheep, and invite neighbors to come see how cute they are.
JOIN A THRIVING COMMUNITY
Living on a ranch has its moments of peace and solitude, but there’s also a lively social scene. Your Sims can go into town to meet friends at the bar, blow off steam at the dance hall, or train at the equestrian park. They can also host events like cookouts and dances on their own property, and hire a ranch hand to help when the work builds up.
RAISE HORSES
Horses are part of the family. Customize hoofed friends in Create a Sim, or get new horses by rescuing or purchasing them. Foals can also be born on your ranch. Sims can learn the Riding skill, and horses can train in the Agility and Jumping skills. Skilled horses and riders can even win awards at the equestrian center.

Subject to customer submitting a DPD Lost in Transit claim via Konsole Kingz customer services and DPD validating such claim, Insured Delivery entitles customer to either;
a) a free of charge replacement console, and a partial refund of £50 to the original method of payment; or
b) a full refund of the price paid for the console ordered and the £19.99 delivery charge (payable to original method of payment), together with £50 compensation (payable at customer’s choice, either by BACS, Cheque or onto a Gift card).

How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging (unopened and unused)
- Please note hardware or accessories purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used);
- The product is in its original packaging and is sealed;
- If you are returning an Xbox Console or Controller the serial number must match the one on your proof of purchase;
- The product and/or digital content has not become mixed inseparably with other items after their purchase;
- The product is complete and contains all component parts as purchased. Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example a combined hardware, games and accessories bundle) can only be returned if all items in the combined product are returned together;
- The product is re-sellable;
- If returning hardware, all the components (cables, memory sticks, controllers, etc.) must be returned;
- The customer is the original purchaser of the product;
In respect of Microsoft Digital Credit, when returning the item:
- You have a valid proof of purchase and the receipt displaying the code; and
- The code has not been redeemed via Xbox Live
- In our reasonable opinion, you have not behaved fraudulently nor are you engaging in any fraudulent activity.
- Pokémon Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange once opened (including exchanges of any single card or the pack, tin or box as a whole).
Please note: Downloadable software products, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
